An amici brief in support of Idaho's unfair law dictating how schools may field sports teams filed by 20+ states cites a law review article I wrote more than a decade ago (under previous surname). I'm hugely sad about that🏳️⚧️I'm glad @democracyforward.org & others are fighting on the side of fairness.
We filed a “friend of the court” brief in upcoming SCOTUS cases challenging state laws that restrict trans women and girls from playing on women's and girls' sports teams.
We will keep fighting in court to protect all individuals from gender-based discrimination.
