The filibuster is so fundamentally anti-democratic that forcing the authoritarian party to kill it so that they could keep taking health care and food away from Americans was probably the cleanest out from the damn thing, yet this Cones of Duneshire-ass opposition party loves rules more than wins.

Not being allowed to hand water to people in line to vote no matter who they are voting for, while being allowed to hand people million dollar checks to get their vote, is the most American thing ever.

The top 10 billionaire donors spent $1,180,177,276 on this past election, with over $1 Billion going to elect Republicans.

They're not going to lower grocery prices because nothing that ever benefited the working class started with a billionaire cutting a check to a politician.

As I note in this piece, we've actually seen this weird mishmash of ridiculously wealthy businessmen and dipshits whose main qualification is loyalty to the president about a hundred years ago.

It was the Cabinet of Warren G. Harding and, hoo boy, did that not turn out well.

100% agree. If I have to help pay for wars/military equipment I don’t agree with, I want to see the movies I helped subsidize!
when movies get deleted for tax reasons, they should legally become public domain. people should be allowed to upload it anywhere they want. that's the tradeoff you make if you wanna delete your own movie released this year for a few extra bucks, and i think it's fair
