Reminder that there are multiple vaccines already out there that reduce your kids' chances of multiple types of cancers (and some people want you to believe this is bad!)

Which TV did you end up going for?

Couldn’t load the full article, so it may be answered lol but why do these kind of things keep being made? Do the people who design them not consider how abusive partners may use them to extend their control?

Thanks! I’ll have a look into it 🙂

Really love this idea. Do you (or anyone reading this) have a higher resolution map at all? It’s a touch difficult to read the names

Hi don’t know if this has been asked yet, but this is one of my favourite games and I play on PS5. Will the community puzzles be playable on there or is it only PC? If not would love if there was a way to do so in the future please and thanks!

Someone named Mrdn (we don’t know the vowels) took the time to chisel his name into a rock face in the middle of the desert while accompanying king Nabonidus “in the waterless wilderness”.

He is saying “I was here and so was the Babylonian king” in a local script. I think that’s incredible.

But I think we should leave space for people upset with what they view as abusive corporations, instead of conflating them with the pessimist hostile to progress itself. We also should be wary of the mentality that the only people who support progress are those unconcerned with *how* we progress

There are still lots of people who use appeal to nature fallacies. We just saw many of em become anti-vaxers. But growing up in leftie spaces I saw far more hostility to the businesses and how they treated people far more than the incredible tech itself. Though sadly that was definitely present too!

A lot of the left were upset with Monsanto’s business practices debt trapping farmers and forcing the use of certain chemical products with the seeds they sold. So they wanted them labelled to make it easy to boycott. Unsure if Bernie was one of them or one of the anti-progress anti-gmo types

This is a great idea, but I wonder how they’d account for ad breaks, which typically wouldn’t be seen during a replay. Would work brilliantly for TV series though
