We need to stop perpetuating the myth that accessibility is always more expensive.

Accessibility often does not cost any more when it is built in from the start.

Rhythm Doctor is OUT NOW on Xbox! You can play on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and on PC!

And thanks to the one-button gameplay...it works well with the Xbox Adaptive Controller too!

Dispatch has more accessibility options than some AAA games, but is missing options to avoid fast-paced gameplay that can make the game inaccessible to some people with motor and cognitive disabilities. To read my full thoughts, check out my review on my Facebook, Instagram, and Substack! 🦸

Do not cram alt text with keywords just to improve search engine optimization. This will hinder alt text’s true purpose: improving accessibility. Focus on describing the photo's content. Search engine optimization should not be the goal for writing good alt text.

Sad news, thinking of his family and folks. Vince was a champion for game accessibility at the most senior level at EA. A major loss for the whole industry.

I’ve been playing Rhythm Doctor with a Xbox Adaptive Controller and I feel like this game was made to be played with this controller. The A button on the XAC is so big and clicky, it’s like you’re playing a drum with the soundtrack. 🥁☺️

I’m concerned from an accessibility perspective with the announcement that RE9’s gameplay styles will switch back-and-forth throughout the game between Leon and Grace. If a player with disabilities only finds one gameplay style accessible, this could lead them to not being able to complete the game.
