For example, these were single family homes before they became student housing. The parking lot to the left is where I played wiffle ball with the neighborhood kids. Sadly and not their fault, the massive American Chestnuts did not survive. Neighborhoods change.

Problem being when orders reach the lower ranks it can sometimes be hard to tell what is illegal.

People are weird. I was lucky to grow up around several mom&pops in the Philly area. On the left is a chain I got taken by when I first moved to the DC area, a local told me it was good. The right is ranked 23rd best in the US.
