I watched episode one of boots on Netflix and I’m genuinely worried about the Marine Corps.😬

I assume that car made a right to right lane turn. It’s quite odd to make a right turn into a left lane. Fortunately I stopped a couple feet in so I could still back up.

Seriously though, who’s gonna fire the first shot and be hauled off to jail for life before the war, if ever, even starts?

Yeah, we're well beyond the fuel, air, spark era. Modern engines with regular maintenance outlive cars.

What I find amusing about the yimby/nimby extremism is the reluctance to acknowledge the slinky effect of urban sprawl. The yimbys think they've imposed their will on the nimbys and they'll just be forced to adapt. The chase continues.

The cycle continues.

Honest question, do yimbys recognize urban sprawl is a never ending cycle?🤔

Caltrain’s new electric trains are designed to recuperate energy when breaking. The agency made a deal to sell that energy back to the local power supplier, which will net the agency millions of dollars in annual revenues.
Caltrain electrified trains return power to grid, offsetting energy costs
For decades, Caltrain has been known for what it takes off the roads. Now, it's being rewarded for what it puts back into the power grid.

Peace.. They keep telling me cities are warzones🤷‍♂️

Pretty universal. City governors shit their pants over the lost revenue to remote work imposed by the pandemic. It was a golden opportunity to change things for the better but they're trying to put it all back together.

On the DWI front we could have interlock devices in return for car insurance discounts along with psa's on dwi laws. The general public isn't even aware that the BAC limits aren't hard set rules and they don't make any attempt to fix the situation. DWI/DUI is big business.
