8 is low key bad. every opinion is no longer than 9 pages and the little guy loses 99 times out of 100, but the judges have not opted for the 5/11 MO of “look at how much of an ideologue I am, PICK ME PICK ME”

I don’t know a lot about 10…it’s got a 7-5 dem majority of active judges so probably not crazy like 5 8 11
