Yeah, the costs are out of control on this. It's getting better, but has a few more frustrating years for the price to actually come down to a reasonable level.

I don't think ro offers the compounded tirzepatide anymore. Part of the deal to allow access to Lilly direct was no compounding.
Not sure of your budget but callondoc to get Lilly vials might be an option.

Dec/Jan is worse. That's getting sick and dying acutely from the flu or other winter junk. Trump is gonna get all the direct medical care (fucker would not have lived through covid in 2020 if he didn't get all the experimental drugs). But long term sequela are the things you can really help.

The hope was that the vaccine would be the best thing ever(completely prevents you from getting the virus for life), and it turns out to be merely great (ie you’ll still get Covid eventually, you just are really unlikely to go to the hospital and die)

Ask a doctor. They are trained to distinguish the different URIs. Currently influenza and RSV are circulating.

Which is weird because Rowling will primarily jump in to either add something crazy and dumb to the cannon (prior to plumbing wizards would just shit on the floor) or actively deny a good fan theory (the dursleys weren’t affected by the horrcrux which slowly twisted them over time they were just fat

Thus far they only release them when he’s in his monthly trip to the bacta tank and urgent news happens. Going to be different when he’s visibly worse.

He dies suddenly, the transition to vance is constitutionally pretty clean and easy, even if the politics are kinda messy and the R coalition has trouble holding together.
He has an event that has him clearly permanently diminished, then the 25th forces the Rs to turn on him.

After his previous stroke, I'm kinda hoping for obvious incapacitation but also still able to dispute any 25th amendment attempts.

If I were a betting man, I'd be putting a few chips on post influenza complications worsening things resulting in a jan-feb event. The president almost always gets the flu by nature of his job, the vaccine this year isn't well matched, and it looks like a worse than normal strain.
