Democratic socialist ,plain socialism, and communism are totally different. Social democratic countries are Sweden, Denmark ,Finland , Canada Netherlands , New Zealand and Germany which model a democratic socialist plan but are capitalist with social programs like universal health childcare etc.

I heard today that 2/3 of Americans are self censoring due to fear of this administration. Defiance.org is supposed to be a safe site to speak out. We cannot be afraid to speak truth to power.

Tearing down an entire East Wing without going through the correct legal process to do so is heartbreaking! Treating immigrants like animals is evil and disgusting! And grifting and making millions from his presidential seat is deplorable! I have never in my lifetime been so angry!

I think the news should only report what things actually happen, what is actually done rather than so much speculation , what is being talked about or thought about. There is not a perfect one out there but I do like ground news. They at least let you know the slant (if there is one) either way.

What I just witnessed between our so called president and President Zelensky in the Oval Office was abhorrent! I have never been more embarrassed and ashamed in my life at the way our so called president and so called vice president treated Zelensky. Trump does not represent me & most of America
