a bit ago i wrote some words on ig about the cost of compromise. “moderate democrats” as they’re labeled here deciding to put healthcare for millions at risk is unacceptable. i want leaders who fight for what the people need. we cannot compromise when the cost is our most vulnerable.

We’ve done free community picnics, and everyone is able to eat more than they bring (some bring nothing).
It feels like a nice lil party in the park. But what we tell everyone is, “See how easy & joyful it can be to make sure everybody eats? And no one has to ask for help or feel shame.”
