I think the fact that they barely try to hide the corruption anymore and got reelected with a stronger majority is what depresses me most.

I think they’re just hoping Trump can steer enough things to their favour before he outlives his usefulness to be honest. Either way, things are gonna get messy.

Thing is that when you bank on a cult of personality, the followers become more difficult to co-opt afterwards. A large swath of MAGA simply won’t accept anyone else.

She’s being opportunistic. She sees which way the wind is blowing and wants to be on the right side to either seek reelection or become a prime candidate if Trump gets booted out. You can’t tell me that there hasn’t already been some rumblings within the party about what’s actually in those files.

They tested the limits of what they could do last time. This time they know there are basically none. It doesn’t help that the Democrats keep turning on themselves and remain too impotent to fight back in any meaningful way.

My guess is it’s because they’re so all in on Trump that admitting anything else at this point would mean they realize they’re going to hell for idolizing a false profit.

At the same time the New York Times was running nonstop stories on Hillary's email server, they were sitting on this emails (and photos of Trump with Epstein victims, apparently).
