Our company gratitude wall ....just to name a few: "Grateful for yoga", "Thankful for Gabby at Paragon workouts",, "Roundstone and the COM team", "Cleveland Metroparks"! Even with things feel "heavy" we can pause and reflect on what we are grateful for, that's a RESET! Love our Roundstone team!!!

AI can lift the tasks that slow us down, but humans bring insight, empathy, and creativity. The real opportunity lies in upskilling and reimagining work so that people can do what only humans can. That’s where true change begins.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Aside from the worry of perfectly cooking the turkey (now thankfully my son Jack’s responsibility!) Thanksgiving is about great food, even better company, and taking time to appreciate all we have to be grateful for.

Empathy helps us understand each other... but it’s compassion that creates change. When we turn understanding into action, we make a real difference. Don’t stop at feeling for someone. Take a step that helps.

I’ve taught my kids that life isn’t always fair... promotions get missed, hard work isn’t always rewarded. One day, something won’t go their way, and it’ll hurt. But resilience grows in the “now what?” moments, where character is built. That’s what will carry them forward.

Life doesn’t always go the way we hope and oftentimes things are simply out of our hands. But how we respond to those moments, that’s where our power lies.

So when things don’t go your way, try asking yourself: will this keep me down, or can I use it to grow more resilient?

#Culture lives in how we treat each other each day.
It’s built through trust, #teamwork, and showing up with care. On #CompanyCultureDay, let’s celebrate the people creating real impact... not solo, but side by side. 🤝

Feeling the #year-end pressure to be everything for everyone? You’re not alone. #Leadership doesn't mean you have all the answers. It's about creating space for your team to #grow and problem solve together. You don’t have to carry it all and you were never meant to.

If your cup is always empty, how are you supposed to help anyone else fill theirs? Part of being a good leader or #mentor is caring for yourself before you try to help others. Not to imply you need to be perfect to start helping someone; sometimes we fill our cups BY mentoring others.

More photos of our summer #interns! I really wanted to give these guys a shoutout. It was so wonderful to have them share their time, enthusiasm, and questions with us at #Roundstone this summer!

Parenting taught me #mentorship: patience, vulnerability, and authentic leadership. Empathy and clear communication matter... with kids and coworkers. Staying open, #adaptable, and tuned in is so valuable.

We’re thrilled #Roundstone was named one of Cleveland’s #TopWorkplaces, but what makes this honor extra meaningful is knowing it came straight from you! Thank you for making this such a special place to #grow, collaborate, and succeed... together! ‪@roundstone.bsky.social‬

Whether it’s championing equity, mentoring fellow women leaders, or supporting diverse voices and businesses, lifting others is what #InclusiveLeadership is all about. When we create space for #differences to be valued, we build stronger, more vibrant communities together.

June 28 is #NationalInsuranceAwarenessDay! Take a moment to review your policies: home, auto, health, or life. Are they still the right fit? A quick check-up now could help you #PlanAhead, save you money, and reduce stress down the road. #FinancialWellness

Let’s be real, #empathy gets a bad rap. Too many still see it as "touchy-feely" or optional. When empathy is missing, #morale dips, turnover rises, and people stop speaking up.

Empathy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about making sure people feel #heard before you move forward.

Great #leaders go beyond fixing surface-level engagement issues—they dig deeper to understand what’s truly causing #disconnection. They create a thriving environment by fostering emotional intelligence, promoting #teamwork, and prioritizing work-life balance.

It’s International Women’s Health Day 💜 A reminder that women deserve care that sees them, hears them, and includes them. At Roundstone, we’re all in on women-focused strategies that make a difference, like maternal health. What does support look like to you? 👇

#Leadership, in my experience, is finding a balance between staying true to who you are and #communicating in a way that really lands. Your #values matter, but so does clarity and connection! The best leaders can stay flexible, read the room, and tune into what your audience actually needs.

One of Roundstone's core values is Live Well—and that goes beyond just eating a salad. It means truly taking care of yourself so that when you show up to work, you feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to give your best.

So many people often try to sprint ahead—but without the stumbles that build #resilience, the first real failure can feel crushing.

Reading @adamgrant.bsky.social reminded me that true growth comes not from avoiding falls but from learning to get back up.

Being an #entrepreneur often feels like swimming upstream against the status quo. That’s why it’s especially rewarding to see #innovators recognized for their persistence and vision. Huge congratulations to Mike Schroeder for receiving the Gorge S. Dively Entrepreneurship Award! Well deserved!
