After voting in the Edmonton municipal election, some questions occurred. The Alberta gov't legislated ability to have parties compete in municipal elections. Why aren't candidates prominently advertising their party ties? And why aren't party affiliations shown on the ballot? Elxn by subterfuge?

It would take too much space to flag all the nuts and dangerous statements from Trump and his people today. I'll repost just this as an example. He has no idea whether he might want to suspend judges' ability to order a prisoner's appearance in court to determine validity of arrest or imprisonment?

Today on 314th day of the continuous protests in Tbilisi the police tried to unblock the road and stopped restricting the traffic. The cars started to come on Rustaveli meanwhile people were still standing on the road. Protesters stopped the coming cars and reoccupied the road.

I've never seen Smith (and her close supporters and staff) explain how she can constantly call for Alberta to increase its legal powers in Canada, and then expect other provinces not to use even the powers they already have. Is she really so clueless that she doesn't realize what she is asking for?
