Gretchen Falker-Martin, several people I know who got improperly flagged for saying shit totally unrelated following the Kirk shooting. But I don’t want this to devolve into litigating individual cases because that sidesteps the larger point about how moderation has historically worked.

See, the thing is, Singal did violate the TOS, unambiguously. An then Bluesky changed it to accommodate him. You know this to be the case; you were there just as much as I was. So you're telling a lie. And you know it to be a lie. And that kind of makes you look like a shithead. I'm just saying.
