It’s been a long summer of travel and hustling that I haven’t been able to cook. (And cooking is one of my great joys.) This is my first home cooked meal in weeks—brined chicken and homemade stock to create this delicious chicken noodle soup. I am so happy.

I have purchased the Volo membership so volleyball is not over yet! Come play with me at the Volo SoBo beach!
I am pleased that summer is reaching its natural end because I can stop traveling and just be home for a while. (I am tired and so is my wallet.) But I am not excited to be losing volleyball, my favorite weekly activity 😔
