Tuesday I used the last food in the house to feed my self and my dogs. Wednesday I got paid and went shopping. Thursday was free grocery day at my apt complex. I got so much free stuff I’m set for two months at least. My new Med Advantage plan is giving me $70/mo for food. It’s raining groceries. 🥰

I’m on a program at my apartment that gives me a cash rebate that I can use for food delivery or services. I wanted food the other night but I remember I still do not want anyone anywhere ever handling my food except the waiters at Juan’s Flaming Fajitas. They’re ok.

Bought groceries on payday. Bacon, sausage, vegetables, whipped cream. Was going to get eggs and pumpkin pie with my EBT money. I only get $23 a month but it would have been enough. I’m lucky. I have family who help. I feel really bad for the many who don’t.
