Alas, when I went to test my problems came home to roost. The cracked solder joint is now a permanent problem. Can't get the machine to boot at all. Go figure this happens at the 11th hour. Godammit!
Now I have to find another N64 that will actually work. This fucking sucks.

Seems like yomyom (don't really know what they're called, truth be told), the creator of Ganbare Douki-chan! has been cranking through about 3 volumes of a new romance manga. Not sure it has quite the same appeal as the former but I love their art and I'm glad they're doin' more works!

Subject of drawing hands came out so I dug up an old sketch. Actually found a few sketchbooks earlier while looking for a piece of paper so I might have to take a few photos, see if I can rekindle some ember of passion for drawing within the otherwise cold, dead kiln of my soul.

So this whole business of Samsung not updating their goddamn Hoogle OS software appears to be quite plausible true.
I'm not enthused, but I'm also not sure the degree to which it matters as anything more that an ecosystem fragmentation.

Having zoomed in a bit and examined the available details I'm setting my doubts about the cover image aside. I think this is one of those cases where the yellowing is just an incidental consequence of the subject being depicted. Game looks pretty cool.

Been starting up games I haven't played yet on Steam to get the volume preconfigured to levels such that the games won't jumpscare me the next time I start them up. Apropos of that, I did not expect Void Stranger to have such an immaculate soundtrack, but it really sounds great!
