1. Culture (do players like playing for you? Do they buy in?)
2. Tactical clarity (a mediocre gameplan executed w/ conviction will kick the shit out of a perfect gameplan executed w/ confusion)
3. Player development (there are no finished products in MLS; go to coach improvement)
