Started looking at legislation that @warren.senate.gov and @joshhawley.bsky.social offered to reform PBMs. Definitely resolves some important points. But I it ignores just how smart the big PBMs are. It also ignores that there are 25 plus Pass Through PBMs that do the right thing for sponsors

Sorta the whole argument against voting Republicans. They keep saying they dont like governement, so why hire them for something they dont like. Why would I hire an employee to run a sector of my company if they dont like my company or the sector its in?
