What makes it even more ridiculous is that a majority of those leaving are non UK/EU nationals. So not only is immigration down, they're getting their wish on the other half of the equation.

Yep, definitely got a positive (breathless?) spin but interested that she grew up Muslim of Egyptian parents and the story (not sourced) of fending off her children's 'muggers'. (I disagree with everything she stands for)

Admittedly it does get complicated if richer areas get big uplifts - but hopefully could be adjusted in tandem with Central Government payment.
