If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

In case you needed more reasons to avoid twitter, there are multiple responses under the FAA post on the reopening of Louisville Muhammad Ali airport blaming the crash on the airport being named after a Muslim.

The ROOT sports broadcast team is great, and I hope they can keep covering the Mariners, but I can't help but hope the end of ROOT brings greater TV access to Seattle area fans.

Nobody should experience political violence. Shootings leave a scar on the community even if you hate the victim. One reason we consider people like Kirk evil is because they celebrate when harm comes to their enemies.

No hitter broken up with a HR in the bottom of the ninth with two outs and one strike is heartbreaking even for the #dodgers

Riding the bus otw to PDX right now and it is standing room only, it's a little sketchy but also a lot of people just out doing life stuff. Maybe it's because Seattle has less to do after dark but I never see buses this full this late at night there.

Apparently I was not the only one to meet Ben Minicucci (very cool) in the AS HUB today, the FAA administrator was visiting. I noticed that they blocked off two spaces out front for "FAA Parking" but assumed it was for inspectors.

Any guesses on what this UA connection CRJ550 is doing in Seattle? It's been sitting on the FBO ramp for two days. My thought was sports charter but I'm not sure who it would be as it came from phoenix and none of their teams are here afaik

Just went on the Boeing tour again, you could see the 737 line testing going on in the corner with 2-3 fuselages under construction. Interestingly they didn't point those out and really downplayed the 737 line. You could also see other 737 parts and construction starting on the airfield.

Fun weekend in Chicago! Was the original plan NYC? Yes. Did I have to buy confirmed to not get stuck in ANC? Yes. Did I have to buy confirmed to get back to SEA for work after twenty people bought last minute? Also yes. Worth it!
