I hope this is a moment where we can more strongly recognize how useless black and white thinking is.
Elon does not (cannot?) see how the added friction created by blocking matters when you could have always just logged out to see blocked tweets.

the most important reason that I deactivated my twitter account is that now it's essentially impossible for me to even lurk there and I am much happier for that to be the case.

I haven't seen anybody mention that in the Lester Holt interview, Biden directly questioned Holt on why the media is covering things so slantedly — multiple times.
So I'm mentioning it. Happened to watch the whole thing and I'm not sure how many have.
