I learned about The Prisoner’s Dilemma in a poli-sci class at a top ranked midwestern university.

Apparently all of the administrators at all the top ranked universities missed that class.

I get they are in charge, but they have to have bills paid from somewhere, from some account. There’s the slush fund for ICE for sure. But are they moving money around from other places? There’s always a paper trail.
