I dunno man it just really seems like American universities have lost the plot over the past 30 years or so and while I too love college football and basketball, the people making key decisions at them don't seem to care about their educational mission at all

portlanders showed up en masse to protect Cesar Chavez middle school today. ICE did not enter any schools in north portland today but people are worried & PPS locked doors at some schools

ICE caused a car accident and then beat up and arrested the injured driver. A US citizen, not an immigrant. He needs a hospital.
Another disturbing video out of IL, reported by Block Club Chicago: agents/thugs are seen detaining a man, pressing him to the ground as he gasps, “I can’t breathe.” A crowd quickly forms, begging them to stop.
