Proof of dinner: Tikka veg, early #StayReady buy

Photo shows a white bowl, wide and shallow, on a wicker table. Reading the bowl like a clock, a fork is sideways in the bowl at about 12. Next to the fork, a pile of red, yellow, and orange tomatoes, cherry, grape, and tear drop types, all sliced in half. Between 3 and 5, a pile of vegetables in a tikka masala, a dollop of plain yogurt on top. Next, at 6 & 7, a small quantity of mixed vegetables from the freezer. This was the end of a bag and was mixed in with the tikka vegetables to flavor both. Finally, from 9 to 11, channa masala, chickpeas in a lovely spicy sauce. Another dollop of plain yogurt here. In the center, mostly covered by the rest, is plain white basmati rice.

Last night in Sacramento, California, a life flight helicopter crashed onto Highway 50. Many of the citizens who stopped on the highway jumped out of their cars to lift the helicopter off a person. No deaths. But humanity at its best. This is who Americans are!!
