I totally agree with you. The set up of the opening scenes on the ice gave me so much hope and the blind man in the cabin part was pretty accurate (apart from Ozymandias), but anything to do with Victor was not good despite Oscar Isaac being a good actor.

Oh man, I really respect John Simpson. He's like the David Attenborough of foreign war correspondents. But Tim Davie has been terrible for the BBC and helped facilitate its decline to the point it might cease to exist soon
