This was insanity! Fowler gets pitchforked into his net, and not only is there no penalty called - the puck enters the net while he's still down, and it's ruled a goal. Fowler, who is usually cool as a cucumber, has every reason to be red hot. Incompetence! #Laval #Habs

I'm not saying the #Habs shouldn't have traded for Dobson...only that Heineman may not have been part of the deal if he had been given a better opportunity last season. He'd look good in Montreal's top six right now.

If Hughes can pull off a Monahan-type deal for Stamkos and perhaps get some salary retained...given MSL and Lecavalier's history with him and his storied past, might playing with Suzuki and Caufield revive him? It's a consideration for the #Habs.

This won't be a popular opinion, but perhaps it's time to drop Demidov and Hutson down to the second power play for a spell (they may excel against secondary PK units), park Slaf in the slot, and get some greasy PP goals.
