Better transit is possible. We just need leaders with vision, competence, presence (as in, they ride the system so they have a stake in the system succeeding), consistency, and flexibility. Phil Eng and Randy Clarke have that Jonathan Hunt might have the juice too.

I especially notice it when I have to cross a train line… like from VA highland to EAV. No good bus transfer and it’s just as fast to walk. Hopefully the bus redesign helps 🤞🏻
