We put insects* in the spotlight
This in-game exhibit is based on a real phenomenon, as can be seen in the picture below. Although not preserved in honey, this solitary bee (species Ctenoplectrella viridiceps) was kept in pristine condition for millions of years thanks to the amber - a form of fossilised resin - surrounding it!

You probably already know but the "skull" on the Deaths-head Hawk-moth featured in The Silence of the Lambs promotional materials, is a repro of the Dali image "In Voluptas Mors" not the actual markings on the thorax of the moth #mothsMatter #teamMoth
