Ozzie update with some good news! We are waiting on the radiologist to look at his CT scan for full confirmation, but his oncologist reported that everything looked good to him. So we are preparing for him to become a tripawd next week! gofund.me/5334d8097

Quick update that Ozzie is home, he is mad at me, but I might be able to buy back his love with Three Dog Bakery churro cookies because he woke up out of the painkiller haze and ennui to morph into the Cookie Monster.

I think he’s gonna be ok. ❤️‍🩹

Ozzie went shopping for a new, tripawd-friendly harness today at K9 Closet here in KC. He’s on gabapentin for pain so his enthusiasm for shopping was matched only by how high he currently is. 🤣

Waiting for the final test results tomorrow and then surgery!

I’ve been lifting his bulldog sister since she arrived two years ago so I’ve been training for this. 🤣🤣🤣

It’ll definitely be a relief, and his other joints are in great shape (esp for him being 11 years old!) so he should recover quickly!

Thank you Jake-O! ❤️ Ozzie’s had a limp for a few months so he’s already carrying most of the weight on his other legs, and while I’ve had to reduce his activity, turns out he LOVES being a stroller dog.
