Creating systems for my work has helped so much with prioritizing, keeping me focused and avoiding overwhelm. And making them visible means I don’t forget about them

In a recent 16-hr stint with my kiddo in the ER, my yoga practice helped so much:
- I was able to ground during uncertainty
- I used breathwork to calm frustration
- Yoga asana stretched out my stiff and sore limbs
Everything we do on the mat helps us with challenging situations off the mat.
