I would say “it might not pass” if the Dems held Senate or House — but the GOP learned from the debacle of Trump’s first term when they had total power: ram it all through & get it done who cares if we hurt our own?

I want all Black folks who can see this to compare how Black people were depicted in Western vs Eastern cartoons (and media) from the same era.
One mocked us as chaotic caricatures.
The other showed us with dignity, artistry, and humanity.
