I've been taking a leadership course through Poynter for the past few weeks, and it's been great!

But it has involved a bunch of personality and "leadership style" tests and it has reminded me of when I did Myers Briggs and it was like "you have the same personality as Margaret Thatcher!"

I do wonder if in five years we'll look back at this as a turning point for social media-first, young, progressive voices actually getting into positions of power in Canadian politics.

Zohran Mamdani certainly set out a model that can work.
