To the attorneys out there, Can States charge Musk with any criminal activity for any of this? Musk is the agent of a potential illegal impoundment without any legal authority.

We need a TRO yesterday!
So, now that Musk has control of Treasury and OPM he now has all the information and control needed to unilaterally stop payments to all probationary employees in the Federal government (or really, any employee he unilaterally decides not to pay).
