True. Sometimes, though, the authors simply cannot write, but their idea is nice. Those are some of the tough decisions, either way you go.

I'm exited to announce a new resource about making slides with quarto and revealjs. This book is the combination of all the work I have done in this area, reordered and polished up

There isn't a lot of new information yet, but this format allows me to add more easily

What is it @github.com @githubeducation.bsky.social? Am I faculty or am I not faculty? Why do you keep asking me the same question, after saying you won't ask for 2 years, and then not believing my answer?
GitHub educator benefit application -- Apprived on May 25 and August 28 for 2 years, then asked to reverify on Sep 11 and denied, approved again September 27 and then denied three times again on the same day.

I was in Portland last weekend. It was fine and fun, as always.

Trump says he authorizes Hegseth to deploy the military to Portland, which he lyingly calls "war ravaged," and says he is authorizing "full force."

Your idea that the judicial system depends on the government is interesting, and contrary to the Constitution. The idea that Americans may be free of consequences because of their citizenship status is, at best, a testament to political bullism, which may explain the general disdain toward Americans
mguindani.bsky.social
Your request doesn't make any sense because these are two different systems of law. The US's non-cooperation is a problem as long as the felon remains in the US. If the felon travels to Europe, they are subject to European laws. It's as simple as that.
mguindani.bsky.social
That doesn't make any sense. Americans don't rule the world. They can freak out all they want. I doubt any french would give up their sovereignty to appease the US.
Also, if it goes on like it's going, the US will have less and less weight going forward.

A European court? The judgment is based on European laws. You are being disingenuous here.

Defamation is not protected by the 1A.
mguindani.bsky.social
When you don't comply with a court judgment, it's not a 1A-related issue. By the way, defamation is not covered by the 1A.

If there is a country that doesn't fear retaliation to uphold its principles, that's France.
mguindani.bsky.social
Well, it seems you're unfamiliar with France.
mguindani.bsky.social
The first time she sets foot in Europe she might get arrested for not complying with the court judgements.
mguindani.bsky.social
She would be in trouble the first time she sets foot in Europe, though

The main point is that she's not bright. Attacking Macron's wife in this way shows poor and evil judgement.
mguindani.bsky.social
Well, they can sue them in France; it's likely less effective if Candace doesn't travel to France or Europe at all. It would be different for me.

Also, they can probably get more money in the US than in Europe.
