- Without the patients' consent to participate in research

I haven't used docker like that in a *long* time tbqh - it's one of those that I _could_ accept but could never really support past the postgres/redis bit* because I wouldn't use it

*rocksdb is embedded in index and, be warned, it takes a while to compile

wrt consumer, it can take flags —indexer (to consume firehose) —backfill, or —labels depending on what you’re using it for. Index needs to be run with cargo r —features server. config can also be done with a Config.toml in each subdir if you don’t want to use env vars

big thing is making sure you’re in the subdirs if you’re not using just - just is set up to change working directory to the relevant dir which should make `cargo r` work properly

aaaa it’s in dataloader-rs/src/runtime.rs iirc but I am a bit stumped because I have never run into that as a compiler error before. thinking it’s a weird cargo workspace issue but idk cargo well enough to diag.

(Re caching - look at parakeet/src/hydration/mod.rs for some deeply unserious English)

Spent some time today coming up with a proper todo list for Parakeet. Don't read _too_ much into the ordering, although the order for Planning and In Progress is the order I intend to work in.
