Skip the passive voice - our auto industry isn't "dying". It is being killed by Trump. Why punish the west when we have no practical path to save our connection to the big 3?

Action has to come from cabinet, so all the MP can do is pass the pressure along. Then the AG has to talk to the lawyers and discuss options. Think about the charter. And then round up allies. Being first is a recipe for getting hammered, so allies will help.

Decline comes for so many of us. A fearful time. If the staff are recent immigrants new to the language and culture, that can mix in ugly ways with senility and paranoia.

Sure. But immigration is someone else’s babies. Fertility is falling world wide. A slow decline can be managed with justice and care. But Korea is looking at a crisis.

Looking at children instrumentally is evil. But there are real strains. Money can't feed me or help me dress when I'm old and need care. See past the money and the dependency ratio is a real fact in society.
