We really need to get a handle on road violence by car drivers nationwide and Seattle could go a long way toward setting an example for the rest of the nation here.
While we don’t yet know all the details of this tragedy, we do know that we can save lives through better street design. Making our streets safer, especially for the most vulnerable road users — people walking, biking, and rolling — will be a high priority for my administration. #VisionZero.
