No, BUT. I had what I thought was a nearly impossible-to-solve issue this summer with Apple Music — couldn’t figure it out on any forum etc — and when I used Apple’s support people they actually solved the problem. It was kind of a nice surprise lol. I think I scheduled a call with them. Might work?
