🚨 Special counsel Jack Smith:

“President Trump was by a large measure the most culpable and most responsible person in this conspiracy. These crimes were committed for his benefit. The attack that happened at the Capitol…does not happen without him”

Same way Kushner got one, I imagine. It was just approved by Trump. He can do that. Background checks are for the client to do with as they wish. The client here is Trump.
Border czar Tom Homan didn't receive a normal background check for his role while his bribery probe was still ongoing:

Justice officials felt sure Homan would not be able to obtain a security clearance based on the evidence gathered. It remains unclear how Homan was eventually granted clearance.

President-elect Trump initially balked at submitting names of likely nominees to the FBI for background checks, a basic step intended to flag possible financial conflicts or ethical problems.

A retired Tennessee policeman who spent more than a month in jail over an anti-Trump Facebook post is suing the authorities responsible for his arrest.

Attorneys for Larry Bushart, 61, allege in the lawsuit that those responsible violated Bushart's First and Fourth Amendment rights.

The first time I searched Trump, there were over 900 records found.

I also confirmed there are now 332.

Dozens of energy projects cancelled in California.

Now five more on the East Coast.

All because Donald Trump wants to kill cheap, renewable energy.

Want to know who will pay the price for Trump's job killing cancellations?

All of these bootlegged copies of the 60 Minutes segment flooding my feed (saying, ‘Watch it quick! Before it disappears!’) makes me feel like I’m in the Soviet Union and just got some black market foreign newspaper I need to hide under a floorboard in my house.

So Republicans lost their minds over outlets squashing the Hunter laptop story (while Trump was president!) because it may have been a Russian op… but now Trump allies are literally buying up networks/social media companies and he is censoring stories — and crickets? 🦗 🦗

I am furious that DOJ ignored the new federal law requiring release of the Epstein Files. I am equally angry that so many in legacy media seem not to care.

WOW. They're not going to air their special on CECOT. I'd like to know who made this decision, and whether the federal government had a hand in it.

They’re actually redacting Trump’s name AFTER the release.
🚨 The DOJ appears to have redacted Donald Trump’s name from the allegations made in this exhibit in the Epstein files.

Trump’s name was in the original release. Now, it’s blacked out.

See for yourself.

As more and more of these disgusting Epstein photos emerge, remember — Donald Trump recently moved convicted child rapist Ghislaine Maxwell from a real prison, to a cushy club fed.

Where she has Internet access, visitors who can come and go, and a therapy dog.

For a White House that claims Trump is involved in every policy decision, there's a lot he doesn't know about...

The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.

For 24 hours after Jan. 6, Trump was finished.

Republicans called it an insurrection.

✅Donors froze money.
✅Platforms cut him off.
✅Even Fox flinched.

But accountability required courage and GOP elites chose party over democracy.

This should be the biggest story in the country right now. The sitting US President was extorting state lawmakers from his own party by threatening to withhold public money if they didn’t gerrymander for him.

I don’t know how else to say it…
