I retired after 30 years @ my husband's medical practice. Medicare Advantage exists to enrich insurance companies. He retired 3 yrs ago. Limiting specialty network access limits cost. Don't get cancer. Insurers shrink networks on short notice. Especially in rural areas. (Medicare does not)

United Healthcare et al have networks, a monopoly on data systems for claims and records. We did not see better care or greater access. We got a labyrinth of admin as an added expense, physicians spending hours on clerical bs. Execs made millions. CEOs hundreds of millions. Regular Medicare works.
