Agree. X went insane in desperation for *any* content as users dropped away by the millions. Been gone 2 mths & miss nothing. Facebook's ad monetisation is also killing it. I spend >half my time hiding deeply inappropriate stuff (funerals, medical, booze, cars, gambling etc) but it keeps comes back.

Even outside race/ethnicity, a breast cancer & heart failure friend had to fight for second opinions even after surgery (and won with a better meds outcome) so the inconsistency is at the secondary care consultancy level too. My friend has an extremely strong personality. A lottery.
