my bad, I was remembering photos like this where she has blonde highlights
but my point otherwise stands. Kinga Surma doesn't really look like any of the Ford girls other than being blonde. Doug's kids mostly look like girl Dougs.

finally, Denmark's official position, which they have made clear repeatedly, is that they aren't selling Greenland, so nobody's coming to buy it.

Russia is much closer but also they can't take over Greenland because they've exhausted their armed forces trying to conquer Ukraine and are down to the dregs and will be decades in the rebuild if not longer. Plus, again, they'd be going to war with Europe which is RIGHT THERE ON THEIR BORDER

Russia is much closer but also they can't take over Greenland because they've exhausted their armed forces trying to conquer Ukraine and are down to the dregs and will be decades in the rebuild if not longer. Plus, again, they'd be going to war with Europe which is RIGHT THERE ON THEIR BORDER
Greenland's closest point to China is 7000 km away from China, and goes directly through European airspace, which if China was "taking over" Greenland they would presumably have to avoid, so it's more like 9000km and at that point Seattle is literally closer
