I use burlap & barrel paprika. They have Hungarian sweet & hot and Spanish smoked hot. Their spices are expensive but high quality. They have a system of getting spices directly from small farmers, so it’s fresh which is important with paprika.

The recipe was from The NY Times. It was flavorful but not a lot of work. The recipe called for low sodium broth which I had on hand. I’m going to use low or no added salt broth as my default since I don’t like overly salted foods. cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1026...

They were good, very similar to Swedish meatballs. The gravy was thicker than I planned because I added too much flour. I love the show too, the newest host looks so young, like he’s 20 years old. lol
