I began organizing a group of military veteran la and volunteers to help Afghan Allies get to the Kabul airport which turned into a nonprofit that raised over 7 figures and rescued nearly 3000 human beings.

I was an HHC company commander in 2000. Inclusive of infantry, scout, and armor Soldiers. It was a common complaint at the time that basic had gone too soft.
Though less abusive, basic would get much more demanding and realistic past 9-11.
2000 was in the salad days.

I spent the summer at Sand Hill in 1994. This shit was already not happening. And it got WAY "gentler" following a series of trainee abuse scandals and investigations in the mid 1990s. 2000 basic training? The shit he claims is made up.
