The Supreme Court doesn’t belong to any president or political party. It belongs to the people, and its job is to interpret and uphold the Constitution, not serve as a pawn in partisan games.

We can restore judicial independence and address the ethical failures that are eroding trust in the Supreme Court.

Reasonable term limits would do both by lowering the political stakes of each nomination while remaining consistent with the Constitution.

I’ll never stop fighting for your healthcare. But yesterday's win only happened because you spoke up, shared your stories, made calls, and demanded action.

Yesterday proves that when you push, Congress moves.

No fake website can undo sworn testimony or video evidence.

As Leader Jeffries said, “Donald Trump may have pardoned your crimes, but only God can pardon your sin.”

It’s been 5 years since the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

I remain in disbelief that this Congress still has not found the political will to do something as basic and decent as installing the plaque to honor the officers who protected us.

Asked if there would be “boots on the ground” in Venezuela, the President said yes—for oil.

We’ve seen this movie before, and it doesn’t end well.

Trump actually claimed that Russia “wants to see Ukraine succeed.” Watch Zelenskyy’s reaction.

Totally backwards to see a U.S. president siding with an authoritarian aggressor instead of standing unequivocally with a democratic ally fighting for its survival.

There has been no confirmation from our government or from Venezuela.

Congress has not authorized war. If Hegseth and the President continue escalating towards one, Congress deserves immediate, clear answers.

Anything less is unacceptable. www.usatoday.com/story/news/p...

Mike Johnson knows what happens if the ACA tax credits expire: premiums spike and 1.8 million Americans lose coverage in 2026 alone, according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office. He has the power to allow a vote and stop it but refuses.

Total cowardice in the face of preventable harm.

From our family to yours, we wish you a wonderful Christmas Eve!

Anyone standing in the way of justice for the Epstein victims must be held to account. Release the files.

Follow the law.

Let the truth come out.

Trump Class “Golden Fleet” Battleship if Trump had been left completely to his own devices.

This reform isn’t about ideology. It applies evenly, looks forward, and strengthens judicial independence rather than weakening it.

A Supreme Court earns legitimacy by serving the Constitution, not politics.

Regular terms help restore that legitimacy.

For more than 200 years, America has rejected the idea that loyalty flows to a man instead of the Constitution.

James Madison warned that “the accumulation of all powers… in the same hands may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

That is exactly what this feels like.

When even Mitt Romney is publicly arguing that the ultra-wealthy should pay more, it tells you how far out of whack things have become.

This is about math, fairness, and fiscal responsibility.

I’m supporting a constitutional amendment with three of my colleagues to stop abuse of the pardon power: no self-pardons, no shielding family or insiders, and no corrupt get-out-of-jail-free cards.

The rule of law matters.

It will be a great day when this sign comes down, and with it the era of spite, division, and performative cruelty.

This administration often says it stands with our veterans. But standing with veterans means more than words.

Cutting VA staffing, maintaining hiring freezes, and pushing care toward privatization weakens the system veterans depend on, leading to longer waits and higher costs.

Full transparency matters, especially when it comes to crimes that harmed so many survivors.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act requires the Epstein files to be released by this Friday. The President said in June 2024 that these records should be made public.

Mike Johnson is failing the most basic test of leadership.

When the president makes indefensible remarks about a murdered American couple and the Speaker of the House refuses to condemn his words—even as his fellow Republicans call them out—that tells you everything.

I am supporting a bill to end lifetime active service on the Supreme Court, set 18-year terms, and create regular, fair appointments. We need to lower partisan warfare, restore trust, and modernize the Court.
