GLP1 meds work. A year and a half later I'm down over 100lbs, improved almost every health marker. Special thanks to @yonifreedhoff.com and Spencer nadolski for giving me the push to talk to my doctor.

Discipline has almost nothing to do with it, once environmental stressors are factored in. Shown time and time again that will power alone works only for a minute subset of people.
