Sometimes there was a small surge during the summer in the past because they could sell rental properties for more to vacationing Canadians. This year there have been few. But they are refusing to rent to anyone locally not like "them" or members of their Churches now.

It could very well happen. I think the point is that people need to keep resisting the authorities and police state and stop hijacking privacy with KOSA trojan horse. Fight against surveillance all these things that aid authoritarian state. Authoritarian thrives on control and violating privacy.

The safe way into town remains a path I have memorized thru the woods. I can find my way into town blind thru it. Well, I have to blind ;). There are more families now living in those woods than any time I remember before and usually it was much more sparse during the winters before, too.

Calvinistic Evangelical Christians and Zionist Jews both seem to find pleasure killing other people while portraying themselves as victims as they do so. So I can see why these two groups do get along so well.

Where do I want to publish? Certainly not @github.com for many reasons, including their breaking of accessibility. Really, forcing dark ui fonts when using a black background kind of kills high contrast. But maybe worse of all is the swarm of AI driven recruiters who email you if you do use it now.

Over the summer I had listened to a Russian woman thrown out of her apartment. "You are violating the constitution" she yelled at the police. Yeltsin effectively ended the Russian parliament and Putin then smothered that constitution iin the night two decades ago. @noesis-challenger.bsky.social 1/?

I would not mind publishing things on @gitee.bsky.social , especially if it meant they might become banned from the US market But that uses 2FA that is phone based. Even if I had a cell phone I am too blind to see that, and it's also blocked by US carriers. I had wanted to play with HarmonyOS too.

Being so isolated I now do a very different way of using #cplusplus that is embedded focused and C++20 based. For example, I made a constexpr templated string class that uses no heap and containers that rely on memory reuse. I do not use stdlibc++.

When you have something like @tailscale.com do you even need to integrate klunky user mode #TLS stacks embedded into every single application? The answer can clearly be no, and especially if it's for internal use only like most enterprise services are used anyway.

This year blind. and for that being shunned by US tech communities, I could get no help. so I built a stack on my own to do computing again, using salvaged hardware, alpine linux, #X11, and #fluxbox. I also built some new frameworks around ideas of simplicity and mission flexibility.

Having at times experimented with improvised munitions, and even played with thermite as a child, I can now say while normally requiring nano-thermite, it is indeed possible to make an improvised thermite aerosol. And it makes Greek Fire seem like a wet cigarette.
