I think you're doing the right thing with your new game - narrower focus and on things you're very very good at. CE tries to do too much, probably - certainly for one dev who ran out of money!

Having reached chapter 7 of Ctrl Alt Ego I can finally see why imsim circles have people put it on "best imsim" tier alongside the other greats of the movement.
