Not a good look, especially not right now. After years in higher ed admin I know how slow and disfunctional it is. Start quiet quitting now, they won't get around to firing you until 2027 or so

Whatever you think about PhD admissions, the following is true:
-This is a union-busting attempt in response to BU grad workers' historic contract win. Admin isn't being obtuse here. (I work for the local that reps BU grads.)
